Korea.

Are you shocked? Well, if you know me, Korea is one place that I have totally no interest/fascination in. And I've been pretty much anti anything related to Korean pop culture. But I was thinking that maybe I should really go and take a look how it really is like, as in other than the shopping areas there (that have nothing to buy) which I'm quite familiar with thanks to my parents.

Tentative plans should include flying off on the morning of 30 April, Fri, on the 9.20am flight. I absolutely refuse to fly overnight to NE Asia anymore even though it gets me there in the morning, and SQ16 (9.20am flight) uses a nicer plane than SQ602 (overnight). Returning on 6 May, Thu, early evening; and touching down here at 1am on 7 May. I must remember to tell MINDEF that I'm only returning on 7 May, remember the stupid incident when my flight got delayed and I touched down slightly after 1am?

Actually the main place that I want to go to/thing that I want to see is the DMZ. Yeah. I realise that I'm quite into the places that have remnants of the Cold War; but till now that has always been Berlin for me. I think maybe its because Berlin has the additional intrigue of the World War.

I wonder if 90% of the Koreans will still think that I'm a local this time round. Hmmm...

Maybe I shouldn't do my lasik since I know I'll still be wearing fake specs after that.

Maybe I shouldn't head to Tokyo since I already kinda know the place quite well.

I need to make up my mind soon.

Oh...
They're telling me
Its beautiful
I believe them
But will I ever know
The world behind my wall
Oh...
The sun will shine
Like never before
One day I will be
Ready to go
See the world behind my wall
